A: The answer is simple. We buy large quantities of weatherstripping and pass the savings on to you, the consumer. We are not an outlet store and the seals we sell are not "seconds".

Q: Do these seals have clips and molded ends?
A: Yes, they have all the clips, molded corners and molded ends where applicable.

Q: What is the name of your business?
A: It's a bit unusual, but the name of our business is "Weatherstrip Special". That's the name on our business license and in the telephone directory.

Our return policies are as follows:

1.Merchandise returned in new condition will receive a full refund minus the shipping cost.
2.All returned merchandise must be received within 365 days from the purchase date shown on the sales receipt.
3.If you paid for your order by credit card, your refund will be issued as a credit to your card account. If you paid for your order by Paypal, your refund will be issued to your Paypal account. If you paid for your order by check or money order, your refund will be issued in the form of a check payable to you.
4.If the product you received is defective or was not the correct product that you ordered, please return it for an exchange or a full refund of the product price plus the shipping cost.

A: Yes, we do.
